A fully equipped assembly section with technically sound and experienced tool makers come with their fine skill to bring out the best component from the mould. All we work for is the first time right of the mould and to ensure the customer satisfaction. To validate the mould and outcome product trial are taken in our in-house injection molding trial machines.

Gauges Inspection

The tried out part is subjected to various testing like wall thickness inspection, Part gauge inspection, Part 2D drawing inspection, aesthetic issues etc. With quality test report corrective action is taken to overcome the part issue to meet the customer requirement.

Tool Room Assembly

Once the part is approved by the customer PPAP is organized with the moulder end and installation of the mould is done.
